You have to get into your contest ready mentality. My advice here is this: make your competition work the hardest you can. This means a large volume of weight training on every training block in the morning, no stretching, and no weight training in the evening after your fight. You then go to weigh-ins on the Monday which are also on your competition day. It works both ways. On your competition day, make sure you have no excuses on what you could have done better.
